Three Places to Visit While You are Still Young

One of life’s biggest regrets is not what you do; it’s what you don’t do. Traveling when you’re younger provides different opportunities than when you’re older. Plus you’re a little more willing to rough it, stay in hostels, meet new people and let your hair down a little bit. Here are three places you should visit to get the best experience while you can:

Cancun, Mexico

Cancun is wild. It’s known as one of the best places to go for Spring Break around the world. Equally as important, Cancun is one of the most beautiful places in the world. If you’re looking for a place to cuddle up on the beach and read a book, try other Mexican cities like Puerto Vallarta or Cozumel. When you’re young and filled with energy, Cancun is a place where you can be active all day and then experience amazing night life with thousands of other 20-somethings at night for 6 days straight. Timeshare vacations with are a good option for those who want to save a little bit of money but still stay at a nice resort.

Music Festivals

Music festivals are all about roughing it. It’s a big part of the experience that might not be appealing when you’re not in your 20s anymore but when you are in your 20s you should be all about it. Cochella and Bonnaroo are among the most popular. Expect not to sleep more than 3 hours in a single night and dance and walk until your feet are covered in blisters while loving every moment of it.

The thought of visiting Amsterdam with a family doesn’t give peace of mind. However, exploring the city with a group of friends should give you a whole new image. One of the best things about traveling to Amsterdam when you are young is that there is so much you can do for free like watch free concerts, walking tours, people watching, boat trips, visiting the street markets and exploring new neighborhoods. Just being there is an experience in itself and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the cultural and educational experience you’ll also gain.

It’s not to say that all of these places aren’t worth a trip when you’re a little bit older, it’s just that while you’re young you might as well take advantage of your free pass to act and do as your want freely with as little responsibly as possible.
